DESCRIPTION

The bead mill is a sharp tool for preparing nano materials in large quantities by physical method, and is also considered as one of the grinding equipment with the most extensive particle size, the most advanced progressiveness and the highest grinding efficiency. Our company independently develops and produces the SP series bead mill with no mechanical seal and screen, which is a highly efficient nanomaterial preparation specialized machine that has obtained national certification. The rotor structure of this bead mill adopts a turbo pin structure, which greatly enhances the shear force, so that the materials can be cut and dispersed at high speed in the grinding chamber, thus rapidly becoming finer, and the grinding fineness can reach submicron or even nanometer level.

The highlight of this mechanical design lies in the structure with no mechanical sealing which can completely solve the problems of mechanical shaft seal leakage and damage in traditional bead mill use, thereby greatly reducing the cost of mechanical maintenance. The discharge method of centrifugal separation without screen can enable this bead mill to use zirconia beads with a minimum diameter of 0.1-2.0mm, thereby enhancing the efficiency of grinding, making physical particles finer and more uniform, and achieving a more ideal particle size distribution. The unique design and construction of this model concentrate the main kinetic energy of the entire grinding process on dealing with large particle materials, and the grinding efficiency is more than twice that of traditional horizontal bead mills!
